Aguas Nacionales EPM S.A. E.S.P. (Aguas Nacionales), branch of the Colombian conglomerate on public utilities E.P.M. E.S.P, is a drinking water and sewage services provider incorporated in 2002 as EPM Bogotá Aguas S.A. E.S.P. to provide residential public services of pipeline, sewage, sanitation, and solid wastes recovery and treatment in Colombia. Based in Medellín, Aguas Nacionales owns and develops the WWTP project Bello, located in the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley; and the Northern Interceptor tunnel of the Medellin River (7.7 km) from the Moravia neighborhood to the Bello plant. Aguas Nacionales also performs the investment management, auditing, maintenance and operation of the pipeline, sewage, and sanitation systems of the Municipality of Quibdó in the Aguas del Atrato project.
