Honduras' Public-Private Partnership Promotion Agency, Coalianza, is an entity tasked with managing the financing, awarding and start-up of projects and processes for public-private associations aimed at executing and managing public works and services. It operates as a legal entity and its tasks comprise managing the hiring processes; coordinating with state departments, autonomous entities, regional councils, municipalities and other units the licenses and permits required for executing projects; follow through the projects, among other responsibilities. The agency has been active since 2010 and has two offices —one in Tegucigalpa and the other in San Pedro Sula.
