Concesionaria de Autopistas del Sureste S.A. de C.V. (CAS) offers managment for highways, bridges and y auxiliary services in Mexico since 2007. Based in the City of Mexico, it is property of the Spanish construction company Aldesa and the Mexican concessionary Acsa. In 2007, CAS was allocated a 30 year concession of the highways Arriaga-Ocozocoautla (93km) and Tuxtla Gutiérrez-San Cristóbal de las Casas (46.5km) in the State of Chiapas, which implied the construction of 73km at a cost of US$8M.
