Concretos TPM-Fortaleza, S.A. de C.V. (Cementos Fortaleza) is a Mexican cement manufacturer, a subsidiary of ELC Tenedora Cementos, and ultimately controlled by local construction supply company Elementia. The company was founded in 2014, when Elementia created its cement division to distribute its Cementos Fortaleza product. It became the sole owner, after purchasing Financière Lafarge S.A.S's 47% share in the company the same year. The company produces ordinary and white Portland cement blends and masonry cement at its three plants in Mexico's Hidalgo state. Cementos Fortaleza is based in Mexico City.
