Consorcio Anillo Hidráulico is a consortium made up of the Spanish construction group Grupo Ortiz companies: Ortiz Construcciones y Proyectos S.A. (70%) and Asteisa, Tratamiento de Aguas S.A.U. (30%) for the study, design and construction of works of Panama City's Potable Water System. Headquartered in Panama City, it is currently building the Extension and Revamping of Northern Panama Aqueduct with a US$88.2mn investment and awarded in 2017.
