Description:
Spanish company Coutex, Equipos y Proyectos provides equipment and machinery for water treatment comprising design, manufacturing, assembly and maintenance of hydraulic equipment. Products include Taintor radial gates, that control water level in dams; rotary drum filters, for water without excessive waste content; and automatic cable rake screens, for great heights of water or deep shafts, among others. It has a corporate office in Barcelona and a sales delegation in Madrid. In Latin America it has representative offices in Santiago, Lima, Quito, Bogota and Panama City. It has also developed several projects including the La Obra pre-treatment station for company Enagas in Santiago, between 2013 and 2014, and construction of bar screens in hydroelectric power plant El Torito, for company Gas Natural in Costa Rica, between 2009 and 2016.
