Eight Rivers Energy Company Limited (EREC) is a Jamaican power joint venture led by French company Neoen, with stakes held by German investment manager MPC Capital AG and UK power developer Rekamniar Frontier Ventures. The company is in charge of building Paradise Park solar plant, with an installed capacity of 37MW, in Westmoreland Parish. It will operate under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement with Jamaican Public Service Company (JPS). EREC is based in Kingston, Jamaica.
