Empresa de Transporte de Energía Eléctrica por Distribución Troncal de la Patagonia Sociedad Anónima (Transpa) is an Argentinean power transmission company controlled by the society Trelpa S.A. (51%) which was established in 1994 to operate and maintain the power grid in Argentine Patagonia. Based in Trelew, Transpa owns a 95-year concession to operate the electric power transport line public service in the provinces of Santa Cruz, Chubut, and Río Negro.
