Impresa Pizzarotti & CSPA is an Italian company, dedicated to the development and construction of complex works: road and highway infrastructures, including concessions, works in tunnels, airports, dams, industrial infrastructures, railway construction and sanitary and residential construction.
In 2016, Impresa Pizzarotti ventures into Latin America with the construction of two hospitals in Peru, the Pucallpa Regional Hospital and the César Garayar García Hospital II, in Iquitos, currently developing the construction of the New Naval Air Base of Callao and the Arequipa prison expansion between others.
In Chile, the company begins work in 2021 with two contracts for the development of underground mining, in the project called the Chuquicamata Underground Mine Project, projects that add the excavation and fortification of 40 km of tunnels and galleries, and the mining authorization of the North macrozone of the mine, civil works and major excavations that will allow underground mining with the Block Caving method.
The company was founded in 1910 with headquarters in Parma, and is now present in almost all geographical areas of the world, where it operates with a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees.
