Impulsora del Desarrollo y el Empleo en América Latina, S.A.B. de C.V. (Ideal) is a Mexican engineering and construction parent company, established in 2005 for designing, development and operation of paid highways, water treatment plants, hydroelectric plants, and other infrastructure projects within Mexico and Latin America. Headquartered in Mexico City, it owns 12 highway concessions. In addition, it operates PTAR Saltillo and PTAR Atotonilco water treatment plants (36.27m3/s), multimodal land transport terminals ETRAM Azteca Bicentenario, CETRAM El Rosario and ETRAM Cuatro Caminos in Mexico, as well as Bajo de Mina and Baitún hydroelectric plants (145MW in total) in Panama.
