Inversión EMCO is a Honduran private company engaged in the distribution of specialized products for the construction industry and provides services for the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. The firm is headquartered in San Pedro Sula and won a 30-year contract for the construction, engineering works and operation of the new Palmerola international airport, in Comayagua, after winning the international tender process for the project. Palmerola´s airport will replace existing Toncotín facility in Tegucigalpa, currently serving 270,000-300,000 passengers annually.
