La Arena S.A. is a Peruvian mining company established in 1994 and based in Lima as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tahoe Resources Inc., a firm engaged in the development and operation of precious metals projects in the Americas. La Arena owns the open-pit oxide gold mine La Arena, a property with 26 mining concessions located in the District of Huamachuco, which is adjacent to La Arena II, a porphyry copper and gold deposit under study. La Arena reported 204.1 and 195.6 ounces of gold produced (k) in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
