Mexican Promotora del Desarrollo de América Latina S.A. de C.V (Promotora Ideal) is a subsidiary of the holding company Impulsora del Desarrollo y el Empleo en América Latina (IDEAL). In 2009, Promotora IDEAL won the Pacífico Sur highway concession package, including Guadalajara-Tepic highway and two bypasses. The company also provides loans and contributions to service companies, water treatment companies, highway concessions, and expressways, among others. In 2015, Promotora IDEAL signed a contract with Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos, S.N.C. to manage, operate and maintain the Toluca-Atlacomulco highway section. Headquartered in Mexico City, the company started its operations in 2005.
