Description:

Roch is an Argentine oil company engaged in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas from 17 deposits in four Argentine provinces. The company has more than 181 producing wells covering an area of 5,820km2 in Austral, Golfo San Jorge and Neuquén basins. Roch production reaches 720m3 of oil per day and 2.07Mm3/d of gas and associated GLP. Among its main assets is its 20% interest in Las Violetas in Tierra del Fuego, 30% interest in Chorrillos in Santa Cruz, 11% interest in Llancanelo in Mendoza and 10% interest in Coirón Amargo in Neuquén. Buenos Aires-based Roch was incorporated in 1990 and its founder and main shareholder is Ricardo Omar Chacra.
