The Brazilian company Terracom Construções Ltda. (Terracom), established in 1969 in Cubatão, is part of the Voa São Paulo consortium. Terracom offers environmental and civil engineering services for the sectors of urban sanitation, industrial and conventional construction, and civil works in projects of embankments, drainage, paving, sanitation, roads and highways, collection and treatment of industrial and solid wastes, and implementation, operation and maintenance of waste dumps, among others. In 2017, Voa São Paulo took the management of five airports in the State of São Paulo for 30 years, where it will execute enhancement works.
