Ventos de São Vicente Energias Renováveis S.A. is a holding company, wholly-owned by Brazilian energy firm Votorantim Energia, founded in 2011 to operate in the alternative sources generation sector. The firm is currently developing the Ventos de São Vicente wind complex through several special purpose vehicles. Covering an area of 4,930ha, the wind farm complex, located in Piaui state, is designed to have an 535MW installed capacity, generated from 249 wind turbines, installed across 18 wind parks. Ventos de São Vicente Energias Renováveis is headquartered in Maracanau, state of Ceará.
