AAA upgrades technology

German software developer SAP (NYSE: SAP) has undertaken a US$4.7mn technology upgrade on behalf of Puerto Rico's state aqueduct and sewer authority, AAA, and its private operator, French utility Ondeo, as part of a US$54mn modernization plan, Vocero reported. Ondeo took over a 10-year operating concession in July 2002 and plans to put out to tender some US$200mn in projects in the second half of this year.
