Bansefi awards US$8mn contract to IBM

Mexico's federal savings bank Bansefi has awarded a 90.3mn-peso (US$8.3mn) contract to IBM, Bansefi officials told BNamericas. The contract covers the deployment of back- and front-office solutions for Mexico's savings cooperatives. The project is being financed with funding from the World Bank and will be implemented over a three- to four-year period.
