Cyberoad Completes Ebanx Acquisition

Costa Rican online gaming network company Cyberoad (OTCBB: FUNN) (www.cyberoad.com) has completed the acquisition of Panama-based Ecommerce relationship management company Ebanx (www.ebanx.com), Cyberoad president John Coffey said. The acquisition will allow Cyberoad clients to conduct secure online transactions for both commercial and financial needs, Coffey said. Ebanx provides secure online transactions within its Intranet of registered merchants and users through the use of Ecash, which is redeemable with US currency at a 1:1 ratio.
