Generation rises 1% in July

Power generation in Paraguay was 525GWh in July, up 1% from July 2002, according to state power company Ande. Hydroelectric generation accounted for 99.9% of the total. Accumulated generation in the first seven months of the year was 3,962GWh, 2.13% down on the same period last year.
