Minister to seek US$20mn to make Meta river navigable

Colombia's transport ministry is to seek a US$20mn loan to return navigability to the Meta river in central Meta department, El Tiempo reported. Minister Andrés Uriel Gallego will visit Brazil August 24 to secure the credit. No further details were available.
