Pillar to become Pilagold

Vancouver-based Pillar Resources (TSX-V: PRI), which has mineral exploration interests in Central America, said its board has agreed to change the company's name to Pilagold Inc. Its trading symbol will remain the same. The name-change is subject to regulatory approval, and to shareholder backing at a meeting scheduled for September 24.
