Randon restructures

The shareholders of Brazilian metal products maker Randon approved a proposal to incorporate its subsidiaries and become a mixed holding, business daily Gazeta Mercantil reported. The holding Randon Participacoes SA will incorporate subsidiaries Randon SA Implementos e Sistemas Automotivos and be dubbed Randon SA Implementos e Participacoes. The new entity will have stakes in Fras-Le SA, Suspensys Sistemas Automotivos, Master Sistemas Automotivos, Jost Brasil Sistemas Automotivos, Randon Sistemas de Aquisicao, Randon Veiculos and Randon Argentina SA.
