The document, divided into six sections, summarizes the work carried out by the association that represents the free clients of Chile. It highlights, for example, the incorporation of two new partners (Goodyear and the Compañía Minera Doña Inés de Collahuasi), in addition to the savings of more than 430 million dollars that were obtained for electric customers, after the discrepancies presented in the Panel of Experts.

The report also highlights that 23 meetings were held with authorities such as the Ministry of Energy, the National Energy Commission and the Superintendency of Electricity and Fuels, in addition to the National Electrical Coordinator. Additionally, ACENOR participated in 21 workshop and working group meetings convened by the Ministry of Energy, the Institute of Complex Engineering Systems at the University of Chile and other organizations.
