AES El Salvador will invest US $ 25.7 million to modernize and digitize the customer service services provided by its energy distributors CAESS, CLESA, EEO and DEUSEM, thus raising its business standards to a world-class level.
The energy company highlighted that this investment plan will be developed in two years, and includes the transformation of its entire commercial system and the integration of more artificial intelligence to guarantee the satisfaction of its 1.4 million customers.
“Customers are the center of our business, they are the center of what we do. For this reason, we will continue to integrate more technology and digitization in our operation to improve the commercial experience of our users ”, expressed the Executive President of AES El Salvador, Abraham Bichara .
In 2020, AES strengthened the digital customer service channels of its distribution companies, implementing artificial intelligence in social networks and in its corporate WhatsApp. Likewise, it modernized and updated its AES Mobile application, the web portal and the self-management modules located in its commercial offices.
Additionally, AES explained that together with its millionaire commercial investment, during 2021 it will allocate more than US $ 30.3 million to expand and modernize its electrical infrastructure and incorporate data analysis technologies in its technical operations.
AES CAESS will benefit 100,000 clients with a new Comprehensive Service Center in San Salvador
AES CAESS inaugurated its new Comprehensive Customer Service Center (CIAC), in the Plaza Jardín shopping center, located at the intersection of Alameda Manuel Enrique Araujo and Avenida Olímpica, in San Salvador.
The new commercial office will benefit 100,000 users with a closer and more agile service. The company reported that the new facilities are equipped with six self-management modules, which allow customers to carry out their commercial transactions themselves.
This is how AES El Salvador continues to bet on the energy of the future in El Salvador, and promoting digitization in its commercial operation.
