AGF wins health insurance award in Sao Paulo

The Brazilian health insurance unit of German group Allianz (NYSE: AZ) has been named the best health insurer in the state of Sao Paulo by the association of clinics and medical consultancies (Acoesp), Brazil's national insurance federation Fenaseg informed. The company, AGF Saude, closed last year with 138mn reais (US$47mn) in premiums and 9.5mn reais in net income.
