Aguas Andinas, subsidiaries achieve ISO 9000

Spanish quality control company Aenor has certified Santiago-based water utility Aguas Andinas, and its subsidiaries Aguas Cordillera, Aguas Manquehue and Aguas los Dominicos ISO 9000, El Mercurio reported. ISO 9000 covers service quality and customer service. Spain's Agbar and France's Suez control Aguas Andinas, which serves 5.4 million residents; while its subsidiaries serve the Chilean capital's north-eastern sector.
