Aguascalientes poly in US software talks

The polytechnic university of Mexico's Aguascalientes state has held talks with government and non-government organizations from San Jose, California on ways to attract US software developers, Mexican news service Notimex reported. The institution had talks with several entrepreneurial organizations affiliated with San Jose State University, and the next step is to organize a tour of Aguascalientes for potential investors, Universidad Politecnica de Aguascalientes rector Guillermo Hernandez was quoted as saying. Aguascalientes is one of several up and coming software development centers in Mexico.
