ANDE and the Paraguayan Association of Renewable Energies (APER) signed a Reciprocal Cooperation Agreement

Félix Sosa and the president of the Paraguayan Association of Renewable Energies (APER), Eng. The coordination and joint execution of activities will include plans, programs and projects related to Non-Conventional Renewable Energy, in compliance with Law No. 6977, which regulates the promotion, generation, production, development and use of electrical energy from non-conventional renewable sources.
