ANDE implements Electronic Billing to provide greater facilities to its clients
This Ande release was published using machine translation.
With the purpose of simplifying and facilitating processes for users and complying with the policy of reducing the use of paper, the National Electricity Administration joins the Electronic Billing for the stamping and issuance of legal receipts administered by the National Directorate of Tax Income (DNIT). The announcement was made today, Wednesday, January 3, of this year, with the presence of the President of ANDE, Eng. Félix Sosa, the Commercial Manager of ANDE, Eng. Hugo Rolón, the Director of Tax Revenues, Dr. Oscar Orué, in addition to executives of the Institution, representatives of the DNIT and officials of the Commercial Management of ANDE.
It should be noted that in 2022, ANDE led the list of the main contributors to the treasury for the fifth consecutive year and will become the company with the largest number of electronic invoices issued monthly in the country.
Each month, an average of about 1.8 million invoices are issued, which describe and detail the monthly concepts billed in relation to the provision of electric energy service. Therefore, in addition to their electronic transmission to the National Electronic Billing System (SIFEN), a graphic representation will continue to be distributed to the client in printed format during the transition period and updating of client data.
The Electronic Invoice has a QR Code and a 44-digit Control Code (CDC), which are used to identify the receipt online, either by scanning the QR with a smartphone camera or by entering the CDC on the SIFEN ekuatia page. .set.gov.py/consultations.
Advantages of the Electronic Invoice:
In addition to representing the simplification of processes and considerable savings in paper for taxpayers and for the Institution, as well as its consequent environmental impact, the Electronic Invoice incorporates data for their online identification in the National Electronic Invoicing System.
It is also an important means of tax control and monitoring since it facilitates the traceability of operations and facilitates compliance with tax obligations as it is easier to register in the Marangatu System.
