São Paulo, February 10, 2025 – Ascenty, a joint venture between Digital Realty and Brookfield Infrastructure and the largest provider of data center and connectivity services in Latin America, announces changes in its leadership to accelerate its growth. Marcos Siqueira takes on the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and head of strategy, while Rodrigo Radaieski takes on the position previously held by Siqueira, as COO.

"My mission has always been to align privilege and responsibility, creating an environment focused on results and excellence", says Marcos Siqueira. “With Radaieski’s succession, my focus will be on the company’s sales strategies and results, so that Ascenty can grow and solidify itself even more in all the territories in which it is present,” adds the executive.

With a 30-year career, 10 of which were at Ascenty, Rodrigo Radaieski leaves his former position as services director to take on the challenge of keeping the company in the Zone of Excellence in the provision of Data Center and Connectivity services, a position that Ascenty has held for 7 years. “Maintaining excellent services is a constant challenge for every leader. What makes me certain that I will be able to achieve my new goals of expanding the company through sustainable growth and always offering quality services is that I have a well-trained team, focused on the customer and oriented towards success”, highlights the executive.

With 24 data centers in operation, Ascenty recently released its annual balance sheet, showing a 54% growth in company sales in 2024, 62% in sales of Cross Connect, one of its connectivity solutions, and a 160% increase in IP bandwidth sales. In 2025, the company will open another data center in Chile, Santiago 3, with 16 Mw, and will invest in data centers in Brazil, focusing on the interior of São Paulo.
