The Bolivian ambassador to Brazil, Horacio Villegas Pardo, also participates in the meeting; José Carlos Polidoro, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil, and Yuri Lamdim, head of the Fertilizers Division, in addition to technicians and government officials linked to the issues raised by the meeting.
