Bolivia wind project call falls through
Bolivia’s state power company Ende has declared void the tender for the civil works of the 45MW Warnes II wind project in Santa Cruz department.
None of the bidders fulfilled bidding requirements, procurement information shows.
BNamericas previously reported that the groups after the contract were Asociación Accidental Eólicos Bolivia, Asociación Accidental IST-ALCC, Asociación Accidental Vialdi, Empresa Constructora El Ceibo and Sinohydro.
Information about when a new process would be launched was not provided.
Meanwhile, state hydrocarbons company YPFB received one offer to install a photovoltaic system at its Oruro building.
Local firm Enersol was the sole bidder and qualified, according to the selection report.
