Brazil’s Notredame Intermédica to sell shares

Brazilian healthcare provider Notredame Intermédica plans to sell an additional amount of its shares via a secondary public offering.

Last year, Notredame held an IPO which saw it raise 2.7bn reais (US$692mn).

The company said in a statement it will offer at least 50mn shares that belong to existing shareholders.

Notredame is controlled by private equity firm Bain Capital via investment fund Alkes II Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia, with a 40.3% stake.

The company’s free float is 33.8%.
