CFE extends Tuxpan V bidding deadline to Oct.28

Bnamericas
Mexico's state power company CFE has extended again the bidding deadline for the 431-527MW Tuxpan V combined cycle thermoelectric project in Veracruz state, according to CFE information. October 28 is the new deadline. The previous deadline was September 30. "Some companies have requested more time to prepare their offers, that's why we extended the deadline again," the CFE's new project manager Francisco Soto de la Vega told BNamericas. Bidding rules are now available through October 22, and the CFE will open economic bids December 4. More information is available at www.compranet.gob.mx
