Chile launches Biobío roadworks tender
The roadworks department of Chile’s public works ministry (MOP) launched a 9bn-peso (US$11mn) tender to upgrade two sections of road in Tirúa municipality in the Biobío region.
The works will be carried out on 12.8km of the P-721 road and 3.3km of P-722, according to the tender documents.
The improvements are expected to take 720 days after the contract is signed.
Technical bids will be opened on September 28, while economic offers will be opened on October 6.
