Clifford Chance advises on US$1 billion bond issuance by CAF

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised BofA Securities, Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp., Goldman Sachs International and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, as underwriters in connection with the US$1 billion 4.125% notes offering due 2028 by Latin American development bank Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF).
The Clifford Chance team comprised partner Jon Zonis and associates Alexandra Machado, Jorge Vázquez Navarro and Thu Nguyen.
Clifford Chance advises on many transactions in the Latin American market, including on two record US$1.75 billion and US$1.5 billion bond issuances by CAF in 2023.
