Of this millionaire investment, the contribution of the Minvivienda will be 60%, while the Government of Cesar will contribute the remaining 40%. In Agustín Codazzi, the first stage of the construction and optimization of the conduction of the distribution networks of the aqueduct system will be contracted, whose value exceeds $ 13,700 million; Meanwhile, in Astrea, phase 2 of the optimization of the aqueduct and sewerage systems of the urban area will be contracted, which reaches $ 10,210 million. Likewise, in the municipality of La Gloria the hydraulic optimization of the drinking water treatment system and micro-measurement of the urban head will be carried out.
The investment will also materialize in rural areas of Cesar. Thanks to these tripartite agreements, the construction and optimization of the aqueduct system of San Sebastián (Curumaní), whose value exceeds $ 2,558 million, and the construction and optimization of the aqueduct system of the San Bernardo district (Pelaya), which reaches $ 4,604 millions.
