Conagua seeks Santa María irrigation program consultant

Mexico's water commission (Conagua) is seeking a consultant to develop the Santa María irrigation program in Sinaloa state.

The winning bidder will be required to carry out the executive project for the first part of the Santa Maria irrigation program in Rosario y Escuinapa municipalities, according to documents posted on the government procurement portal CompraNet.

Work on the study is expected to start on December 8 and wrap on October 31, 2015.

A site visit will be held on October 24, followed by a pre-bid meeting on October 27.

Interested parties should submit their bids by November 19 and the tender will be awarded on November 28.

A tender for construction of the Santa María dam in Sinaloa state is currently underway.
