The construction of the tunnel has an investment of more than 100 million pesos and a progress of 105 meters in the vault, 117 meters in the walls and 117 meters in the slab. This work will be completed next November of this year and will benefit 1.9 million inhabitants of the state of Baja California.
In front of the general director of the SICT BC Center, Rigoberto Villegas Montoya, Secretary Esteva Medina affirmed that the Government of Mexico works to meet the needs of the inhabitants in each state of the country.
