Delaware Court Approved WOM's “Disclosure Statement,” Marking a New Milestone in its Restructuring Process

Santiago, January 23, 2025.- WOM SA (“WOM Chile” and its subsidiaries, the “Company”) is pleased to announce that today, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved its Disclosure Statement, a document designed to provide interested parties with adequate information to vote on the Debtors' Reorganization Plan.

The Disclosure Statement is publicly available and includes information about WOM's business operations and financial projections, a summary of the Plan, and details about how each class of creditors will be treated.

Martín Vaca Narvaja, CEO of WOM Chile, stated that, “We are proud to reach a new milestone in WOM’s restructuring, which reflects the solid and sustained progress we have made as a Company since the beginning of the Chapter 11 process in April 2024. I am pleased that we continue to meet the milestones announced when we signed the agreement with the Ad Hoc Group, and I am fully confident that we will successfully emerge from Chapter 11 as we have planned.”

Following approval of the Disclosure Statement, the Debtors will distribute documents to the Company's creditors who are eligible to vote on the Plan by February 27, 2025. A hearing to confirm the Plan is also scheduled for March 6, 2025.
