Dom. Republic seeks software for city water & waste management

The Dominican Republic government is inviting eligible companies to express interest in a tender for the acquisition of software to manage water and waste services for the city of Santiago de los Caballeros.

The software being sought must be able to perform full commercial management of public services, including reading of meters, billing and customer relationship management (CRM).

It must also allow for workflow and field team management; provide dashboards and business intelligence features; and process HR, accounting and auditing, among other capabilities.

To be eligible, companies must have over 10 years of proven experience in providing management software for water companies and have implemented a similar project within the last five years.

The tender is being financed by a loan to Santiago's aqueduct and sewerage corporation (Coraasan) received from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

Expressions of interest should be submitted in sealed envelopes by November 21 before 2pm local time to the address shown below.
