Ecuador to launch Santa Elena sewerage services call
The mayor's office of Santa Elena, in the Ecuadoran province of the same name, plans to launch a tender in September for the provision of sewerage services in at least six districts, plus the construction of a breakwater.
Mayor Otto Vera told BNamericas that the total investment involves about US$20mn.
Companies have 45 days to submit offers and the contract will be awarded in November.
