The General Manager of Astinave EP, Byron Machuca, stated: “ signing this agreement is a great challenge, which gives us the opportunity for our high-level engineers to put their knowledge into practice. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of EMCO, Hernán Luque, who participated as a witness of honor, highlighted that “this agreement is an example of how state companies help each other and that requires a lot of dialogue; alliances serve for the benefit of the country and I am sure that it will be so with you, as professionals with vast experience and who are leading two important companies for the country» .

In order to implement this framework agreement, the two public companies will form work teams to manage different initiatives, according to the competencies of each one.
