Fin. system posts 14.5% Basle ratio in Sept.

The average Basle ratio (capital adequacy level) in Chile's financial system came in at 14.5% at the end of September, local banking regulator Sbif said in a statement. The Basle committee's international recommendation is a minimum ratio of 8%.
