FLS appoints Paula López Henríquez as Field Service Engineer Head for South America

With more than 18 years of experience in the copper mining industry, having worked for different companies such as Anglo American, BHP and Glencore, FLS has appointed Paula López Henríquez as Field Service Engineer Head for the South American region, who will report directly to the President of FLS Americas.
Paula is a Chemical Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and holds an MBA in Mining Industry from the Universidad de Chile. Throughout her professional career she has led teams and has been involved with different organizational levels, from production operations to the corporate level.
In her new role, the executive will be responsible for the execution of expert field service in South America, as well as guaranteeing the quality of the service delivered to clients in a cost-effective manner and through a standardized technical and commercial strategy.
Paula's appointment reflects the company's commitment to gender equality and the promotion of female talent. “We firmly believe that diversity in leadership enriches our organization and strengthens our ability to innovate and grow.
