Gas tests on Sirius conclude successfully

Initial tests have been successfully completed at the Sirius operation, located offshore Colombia, 31 km from the coast and with a water depth of 804 meters, marking a milestone in the country's deepwater gas exploration.

The prospects reported by Petrobras and Ecopetrol for 2024, of approximately 2.3 times proven reserves, suggest that the country has sufficient gas for its energy sovereignty.
