Madrid, October 21, 2024.- Grenergy has been recognized as one of the fifteen most sustainable companies in the world within the Utilities sector by the MSCI ESG 2024 index from Morgan Stanley Capital International ( MSCI ). This is the third consecutive year that the prestigious index has awarded the company the highest rating, highlighting the company's strong commitment to sustainability.

MSCI positively highlights the significant improvement Grenergy has made in terms of reducing CO2 emissions, thanks to its solid practices and ambitious objectives in this area. Through its Net Zero strategy, Grenergy has committed to being carbon neutral by 2040, thus being ten years ahead of European and national commitments such as the Green Deal and the PNIEC.

The report also highlights Grenergy's leadership in the renewable energy sector as one of its main strengths. This position has been reinforced by the recent expansion of Oasis de Atacama in Chile, the largest battery project in the world.
