Greystar reports Angostura drill results

Canada's Greystar Resources (TSX: GSL) reported latest drill results from the Mina El Diamante area at its wholly owned Angostura gold-silver project in Colombia's Santander department. Results include 2.99g/t gold and 20.7g/t silver over 7.5m, 10.5g/t gold and 14.0g/t silver over 8.0m and 3.65g/t gold and 15.4g/t silver over 13.5m. Three contract diamond drills are operating at the property and a fourth will be added soon, the company said. The current campaign is designed to increase drilling density along strike and test the depth of previously identified veins, and to drill projected higher grade shoots. Some 52,000m has been previously drilled at Angostura, which has an estimated resource of 96.2Mt grading 1.6g/t gold and 6g/t silver, containing 4.9Moz of gold and 18Moz of silver. Since drilling restarted in July, Greystar said it has cored over 3,500m in 13 holes.
