Grupo Televisa announces the closing of the acquisition of AT&T's participation in the capital stock of Sky México

Mexico City, June 7, 2024 – Grupo Televisa, SAB (“Televisa”; BMV: TLEVISA CPO; NYSE:TV) announced today that approval has been received from the Federal Telecommunications Institute regarding the acquisition by the Company of the participation in the capital stock of Sky México (“Sky”) that was previously held by AT&T, and the closing of the operation has been carried out, with which Televisa is the owner of 100% of the capital stock of Sky as of this date.
As previously announced, the transaction price will be paid by the Company in 2027 and 2028.
